Smart TV

Television sets with additional functions, such as access to the internet or a home network, are referred to as "Smart TVs." They allow the display and playback of web pages, videos, audio clips, or access to social networks. Typically, Smart TVs offer additional features (e.g., media players, AVOD, or SVOD services) as extra applications. When a Smart TV is actively connected to the internet, it is also referred to as a Connected TV.
