CPT (cost per thousand)
CPT indicates how high the costs are to reach a total of 1,000 television viewers in a target group with an advertisement spot in an advertising block. The price is equal to the quotient of gross costs for a 30-second spot and average viewing participation of the advertising blocks, multiplied by 1,000. Gross costs are based on the price lists of broadcasters/sales houses sent to GfK and published. CPT is available for rate types 01-30. There are special identification possibilities for rate type areas.
